Every used vacuum pump we offer has been completely disassembled and the parts are cleaned both automatically and manually by quality trained technicians. Parts are also placed in FMG’s Zero Emission Vapor Degreaser to ensure any non-visible contaminants are removed. Next all of the parts are quality inspected to make sure that they adhere to the OEM standards. Parts that do not meet or exceed these standards are replaced. Once the used vacuum pump has been reassembled, the initial burn in, pumping speed, and gas load are all tested. Pumps are also checked to ensure there are no helium leaks. When a pump passes every inspection possible, we put it up for sale.

Our engineers have been factory trained and have all the necessary skills to ensure that each used vacuum pump that comes off our assembly line is in great working condition.
