• In-house vacuum pump maintenance.
• Customer designed maintenance program with full documentation and reports. Customized FMG vacuum pump PM program tailored specifically to individual customer requirements.
• Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) of all pumps and monitoring pump life and failures.
• Parts decontamination.
• Preventive Maintenance services including Helium Leak Testing.
• Helium Leak Testing services available on the field or in-house at FMG's facility.
• Electric motor rewinding in-house at FMG for specialty motors and/or rebuilds requiring a motor that is not available.
• FMG maintains our own Machine Shop internally.
• Welding shop in-house at FMG to support our rebuilding service or any requirements customers may have.
• System/Pump troubleshooting to correct and prevent premature pump failures.
• Advance exchange and remanufactured pumps are available to provide extended support for down equipment. Remanufactured pumps are also available to purchase if the need arises. FMG maintains an inventory of all types of vacuum pumps for this purpose.
