FIELD SERVICE
FMG has an extensive background in supplying on-site and field service to some of the largest semiconductor companies in the world, such as Applied Materials, Intel, NEC, Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, Jazz Semiconductor. We have been taking care of our customers' needs since 1985. During this time we have learned exactly what it takes to maximize the customers pump up-time and to minimize their down-time due to pump related issues. FMG employs process, mechanical, and electrical engineers to assist in problem-solving system related premature failures.
FMG provides the following field service support:
- Installation and removal of pumps which includes shipping, receiving, and delivery of vacuum pumps to our repair center.
- Pump tracking system to provide real time information of pump status as it progresses through each department at FMG's repair center.
- Customized FMG vacuum pump PM program tailored specifically to individual customer needs.
- Valuable storage space in our warehouse, freeing up costly storage expenses for our customer. FMG can save customers significant time and money through an established "partnership".
- Advance exchanges, emergencies, and remanufactured sale pumps are available.
